The name Breathless is a testament to their loving mother, Martha.
Martha believed in:
Dreaming big, living life to the fullest, and never taking a single breath for granted.
Sharon Cohen adds:
Breathless wines are celebrating big or small moments in life that take breath away.
There’s fun while “living life to the fullest” at Breathless.
Fun Gatsby style events, with food pairings, and live music.
Polaroid photo booth with props to add to the fun.
When the sun goes down, the patio’s sparkling lights come on.
A 1966 vintage Vespa with a sidecar provides a perfect photo op and maybe a complimentary ride.
Penny’s pairing fun, chomp a side of potato chips as you sip your bubbly.
Last Sunday of each month (April-October) enjoy Breakfast at Breathless.
I really want to partake in the Sabrage Experience.
The art of beheading a bottle.
A one-on-one experience where you properly open a bottle using a saber.
By appointment, $69 pp + bottle of wine.
Another thing that I LOVE about Breathless…
The sisters love curling up with a book and sipping bubbles!
Each of their favorite books is paired with an award winning Brut. See HERE
Sheila’s Recommendation
I had an interesting day while visiting Breathless.
I noticed my car was acting weird on the freeway as I drove up.
When I got out of my car, I had a flat tire.
Boyfriend to the rescue!
While I was waiting for him, I made my way into Breathless.
A happy place to be stranded with a flat tire.
My timing couldn’t have been more perfect.
A Sabrage Experience was just about to take place.
All very exhilarating when the crowd of bubbly onlookers counts down:
“5-4-3-2-1”
The guest holding the saber whacked at the top of the bottle.
Hurray!
Celebration!
Admittedly, I’m not a huge bubbly wine lover like many of my girlfriends.
This New Years Eve I plan to do 7 days of Sonoma County Bubbly.
An Instagram and Blog challenge.
For sure I will make a trip back to Breathless.
This time I’m going to learn to be a sabrage master!
