  • Erich had been winemaker at Arrowhead winery when they met.

  • Erich was itching to make Pinot Noir.

  • Craig was a Pinot Noir aficionado.

  • Erich Bradley (winemaker) and Craig Haserot launched Sojourn in 2001.

  • Sojourn was a direct to consumer model, so they suffered less.
