Who knew that the partnership for Sojourn was sealed on a tennis court.
Craig left a 16 year software business career and then tapped into his wine passion.
Erich had been winemaker at Arrowhead winery when they met.
Erich was itching to make Pinot Noir.
Craig was a Pinot Noir aficionado.
Erich Bradley (winemaker) and Craig Haserot launched Sojourn in 2001.

In 2009, during the Great Recession, they saw many small Sonoma wineries close shop.
Sojourn was a direct to consumer model, so they suffered less.

In 2009 vineyard opportunities opened.
Celebrated growers called them wanting to sell their grapes to Sojourn.
The tasting lounge also opened in 2009.
Sojourn is known for sourcing their grapes from the best regions and vineyards in the area.

The Sojourn Gap’s Crown Pinot is my personal fav!
