Sheila’s Recommendation
A seated food and wine small bite experience at the Matheson tasting room is a must do..
Go for lunch!
While partaking in the tasting, you’ll notice a large tv mounted and playing food videos.
Reminded me of the Food Network except…
Videos are focused only on Williamson wine, spices, and culinary creations.
My favorite pairing, a Praline Bar recipe, I found it easily on Youtube.

My friend purchased the Truffle Salt (SO DELECTABLE), and a Dijon Chutney.
The next time I’m ready for new spices, I’ll head to Williamson.
